  29. your country might have not approved the v.34+ flash, go to 
  30. ftp.usr.com and go to directory dl05 and see if there is a later
  31. signapore flash rom out. another thing you can try is download
  32. sdlpalla.exe, that is 33.6 code that will work in any foreign country
  33. except france.
